1. Services

Handyman Danny provides outdoor residential and light commercial property maintenance services in Murrieta, California and surrounding areas. Services include lawn care, weed control, brush clearing, yard cleanup, grove maintenance, ground restoration, irrigation inspection, and snake barrier installation on existing fence lines.

All services are performed on a per-job or ongoing basis with no long-term contracts required. Scope of work and pricing are agreed upon before any work begins.

2. Estimates and pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from what was described. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.

3. Scheduling and cancellations

Jobs are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting (951) 297-7414. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
